Tony Motors is both Guy van Volen and Ding Dong Productions' first ever original cartoon franchise, and it is based on: Gas Monkey Garage, Supercross (2005), Brickleberry and a bit on Family Guy but in a different way. In several episodes, the series will mock some different contents disliked by the creator(s), and respect some contents the creator likes.
