Production Updates

Update March 19th, 2026

Ding Dong Productions wants to announce that the Principal photography for Monster Flame the Movie has planned a reschedule to these dates: from September 28th to October 29th this year. to give more time to both Packaging and Pre-production phases, without any rush and worries, to keep it realistic as well. Monster Flame movie series will release its Compose-music track album at this Friday, streaming on Spotify, iTunes Store etc, to generate more incomes for this project. and alongside with that two attachments are in process alongside getting a Sales agent to let the Sales Agent secure funds by doing to Pre-sales along with selling the Distribution rights to Warner Bros or Lionsgate. During the packaging, Ding Dong Productions has planned to start the Pre-production from early or mid April this year. The release date for the Theatrical Run remains unknown to the audiences until the Pre-production or Principal Photography has been completed, we think.

Update March 17th, 2026

Ding Dong Productions has sent Pre-sales inquiries to several Film Sales Companies/Agencies inside the United States, one in the United Kingdom, and one in Germany, to sell the distribution rights to Warner Bros Pictures as targeted distribution company to raise the funds via the studios where the project gets funded along with the Sales agent gets paid by the studios automatically, how Ding Dong Productions will see it or what Ding Dong Productions possibly hopes. The possible Director(s) and Actors of Cast along with the Cameos are in the Wish-list.

Update February 10th, 2026

The Dutch Film Funds has rejected the pitch of Monster Flame while Guy van Volen has pitched it as a producer. The Dutch Film Funds is only funding projects for Dutch films and/or movies being filmed in The Netherlands, and their only International network is only inside Europe. As solution, van Volen tries to raise funds at the California Film Funds but that fund raise may possibly happen in early-March. In meanwhile van Volen seeks Investors to pay the first services and attachments in a rush, but he didn't get attentions with the project. In meanwhile Ding Dong Productions and the Monster Flame project is taking care for a fundraise in a rush, to make the shooting days from May 4th to May 30th still possible.

Update February 1st, 2026

This project is raising funds at Dutch Film Funds hopefully from February to pay the first services of Production Services Companies along with attaching the talents for Starring cast, along with the attachment of the Director because, on behalf of Ding Dong Productions, Guy van Volen as the writer, producer and cameo is approaching the Representatives of both actors and director, and have start contacting with the Sales agent from Arizona, and from the first weekend of February, van Volen is applying for the Tax Credit of the California Film Commission for the following financing for the next stuff what need to happen.

Plot Outline

Act I – The Legacy Ignites

Duncan is introduced as an independent racer continuing his late father’s monster truck legacy.
Duncan’s teenage sister (Eva), and Duncan’s friends and Team Members (Kiyomi and Denzel) help him upgrade his truck, War Apple.
He signed up for the Monster Flame U.S. Stadium Tour, a new professional league merging sportsmanship with showmanship.

Act II – Rivalries and Risks

The Stadium Tour kicks-off in Atlanta, where Duncan meets rival drivers Felix (cocky Australian) and Darwin (aggressive and unhinged).
Early races show Duncan’s potential but also his flaws and reckless turns. But became the Runner-up at the Racing competition against Felix.
Duncan crashes during his first freestyle run, humiliated but uninjured and emotional frustration.
Molly takes over as crew chief, encouraging focus and balance.
A violent confrontation with Darwin shakes Duncan’s confidence, while Eva begins a romance with fellow driver Buzz.
In Jacksonville, Duncan regains his focus. With Molly’s support, he performs an incredible freestyle run, but ends 2nd at the Freestyle Competition.
Eva and Buzz’s relationship signals hope and unity among rival teams.
In the Team trailer, Duncan decides to go for the double down win in the upcoming event in Nashville, that’s impossible Eva and Molly think.
During the Monster Flame event in Nashville, Duncan loses the 2nd racing round, but may race in the Final racing round due to the RII of Darwin’s truck won’t work anymore, and Duncan wins the Racing competition to continue his fight for the double down victory. That may piss off Darwin, and tries to commit a sexual assault on Kiyomi and gets arrested by the local police.
Duncan failed the Freestyle competition, and the Double Down win didn’t work at all, that disappointed Duncan a lot with an emotional frustration.

Act III – Redemption on the Track

In the Team trailer, after Duncan was struggling, he decides to focus on one competition to win instead of the double down win, which makes Eva, Molly and the rest of the team proud.
The team bonds, now seeing Monster Flame as more than a race — it’s about legacy, teamwork, and heart.
The film closes as Duncan eyes his last challenge, winning the World Freestyle Championship at the Monster Flame World Finals in Glendale and cementing his father’s legacy.
